The arts and craft of Bukchon

Exploring a more educational aspect, Bukchon offers a wide variety of Korean cooking classes traditional embroidery classes and so much more. It only a 10 – 15 min walk through the alley was across from Bonum1957 that you will find these classes and more alley ways to get lost in and explore.

The first little alley way as you exit UVA cafe go straight up and turn left into the  first street. there you will find a traditional house that offers embroidery classes. “The Han Sang Soo Embroidery workshop & exhibition space is open from 10:00 am – 17:00pm. Please feel free to ask Bonum staff to  assist you in arranging classes upon your arrival or feel free to contact them directly on : +82-2-744-1545.

If embroidery does not interest you they also offer Korean cooking classes in this area, you can learn to cook bibimbab, bulgogi, or just traditional Korean home cooked meal. for more information please visit their website or ask Bonum staff to assist you.
